摘要
当今职场对高职类毕业生的知识水平和能力水平的要求越来越高。高职学生仅有职业技能已很难保证他的就业成功。从业者只有具备职业素养,才能适应职场的发展要求。本文通过阐述如何加强财贸类高职学生职业素养的培养以及职业素养对于财贸类高职学生的人生、事业的意义,明确财贸类高等职业院校应实现专业技术教育与职业素养教育的紧密结合,不仅教会学生做事,而且教会学生做人,从而真正实现财贸类高职学生的全面发展和高职教育的真谛。
Careers requires the level of knowledge and ability for higher vocational graduate are much bigger now. The students of higher vocational school just have skills is difficult to have successful job. Practitioner just have occupational quality can adapt to the requirement of careers development. This article describes how to strengthen the training of occupational quality and the significance for life and enterprise for the students of higher vocational school of finance and commerce. The colleges of finance and commerce should connect with technical education and occupational quality education. The higher vocational school was not only teach deed for students but also which conduct themselves.
