成人教育公益性缺失的原因及对策探析

On the Reason for Public Welfare Lacking in Adult Education and Its Countermeasure

成人教育是一项公益性事业,追求公共利益是发展成人教育事业的基本目标。然而,在市场经济多元利益驱动下,成人教育办学逐渐偏离了公益性原则。为了扭转这种不良倾向,成人教育办学单位要提供有效的教育平台,使优质成人教育资源展现公益性;政府应加大宏观调控力度,追求成人教育的公共教育利益;成人教育教师需提升职业道德水平,推动成人教育公益性发展。

Adult Education is of public interests. The public welfare is a basic goal for developing of Adult Education. However, Adult Education Management gradually deviated from the principle of public interests in Market Economy driven by multiple interests. To reverse this negative tendency, the school units of Adult Education should provide an effective education platform to show public interests of high-quality Adult Education resources. Meanwhile, the Government should strengthen macro-control efforts to pursue the interests of public education. In addition, Adult Education teachers also need to raise the level of morality in order to promote the public interests development of Adult Education.
