摘要
目的:探讨非透析综合治疗2型糖尿病肾病(DN)V期患者肾功能的变化。方法:88例DNV期患者采用非透析治疗,对尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)等肾功能指标进行检测、比较、分析。结果:88例患者肾功能不同程度改善。结论:对2型糖尿病肾病V期病例可根据病情采取非透析综合治疗。
Objective： To explore the changes of renal function by comprehensive treatment in stage V type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods： 88 cases of stage V type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were used non-dialysis treatment and compared and analyzed the renal function index such as blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, creatinine （Scr）. Results： The renal function of 88 cases of patients were improved differently. Conclusion： Non-dialysis comprehensive treatment could be adopted, according to the condition of stage V type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients.
