小梁切除术联合中药治疗青光眼的疗效观察

Effects observation of treating glaucoma by trabeculectomy plus TCM

目的:探讨对青光眼患者采取小梁切除术联合中药的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年5月～2010年5月收治的64例青光眼患者随机分为2组,一组为对照组,对其采用小梁切除术;另一组为治疗组,对其采用小梁切除术、术后联合中药治疗,而其他所有的处理都一致。结果:对照组在手术后1年内眼压升高的阳性率为15.63%,而治疗组在手术后1年的阳性率为6.25%,两组有着明显的差异。结论:小梁切除术联合中药对降眼压有良好的治疗效果,采取中药配合这一手术疗治疗青光眼值得推广。

Objective： To explore the treatment effect oftrabeculectomy plus TCM treat glaucoma. Methods： Overviewed 64 cases of glaucoma patients in our hospital from May 2006 to May 2010, and randomly divided them into 2 groups, one group was control group applying trabeculectomy, another was treatment group applying trabeculectomy and combined with TCM after the surgery. Results： During one year, the positive rate of intraocular pressure in control group was 15.63%, while treatment group was 6.25%, which had obviously difference. Conclusion： Trabeculectomy plus TCM had b better effect in reducing intraocular pressure, so it was worth widely using.
