中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effective observation on treating gouty arthritis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法:90例慢性痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象被随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,实验组采用中西医结合治疗。结果:①实验组痊愈率,总有效率,一年复发率等指标均显著优于对照组(x2=4.126,P<0.05;x2=5.754,P<0.05;x2=6.563,P<0.05;x2=4.444,P<0.05),副反应率两组无显著性差异。②实验组血尿酸(UA)和血沉(ESR)改善程度显著优于对照组(t=47.586,P<0.05;t=9.357,P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎,可以显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得临床进一步研究。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of treating gouty arthritis in the Integrative medicine. Methods： Randomly divided 90 cases into experimental group and control group. Control groups were given therapy of routine western drugs, and experimental group treated in the Integrative medicine. Results： （1）The efficiency rate, total effective rate, and recurrent rate of one year in experimental group wassignificantlybetterthanthatincontrolgroup（x2=4.126, P〈0.05; x2=5.754, P〈0.05; x2=6.563, P〈0.05; x2=4.444, P〈0.05）, side-reaction rate had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. （2）The improving degree of UA and ESR in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group （r=-47.586, P〈0.05; t=-9.357, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating gouty arthritis in the Integrative medicine can improve clinical effect and enhance life quality significantly, so it deserved studying further in clinical work.
