自拟中药散剂外敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

复发性口腔溃疡是口腔粘膜病中的疑难病症,其病因复杂,存在明显的个体差异,尤其对于病程长,溃疡面大的患者,其治疗效果欠佳,且疼痛明显,严重影响进食、说话,影响情绪及睡眠,患者颇为苦恼。笔者采用自拟中药散剂外敷治疗,显效率高,明显缩短了疗程,且大大降低了治疗费用,患者更易接受。

Recurrent oral ulcers is a kind of difficult disease in oral mucosal disease, which had complicated pathogen, and exist obviously individual differences, especially to the patients with longer duration and large ulcers, which had worse effect and clear pain, seriously affect eating, talking, mood and sleeping, so patients felt very distressed. The author applying TCM san to treat recurrent oral ulcers in external application, which had obviously effect and obviously shorten the course, in the same time, reduce the cost of treatment, so patients were more easily to accept.
