This paper through analysis related medical cases illustrate the characteristics of their chosen recipe of Yegui Jianzhong method treating long-term cough prescription, in which, besides big pinellia decoction and Fudu Qi wan, others prescriptions were divided into two types, one was Jianzhong decoction type, and other was Sijunzi decoction type. Ye clan flexible using these, and adjust Jun drug caramel in little Jianzhong decoction, according to the change of main disease. Throgh analysis the academic thought that help us advanced learn Yegui. The theory of Jianzhong law provides a basis to treat long-term cough, today, which also had reference value to treat chronic cough in clinical, and worth deeply research and explore to us.
