遗尿汤加猪膀胱治疗小儿遗尿效果观察

Effective observation on treating infantile enuresis with Yiniao decoction plus bladder of pig

目的:探讨遗尿汤加猪膀胱治疗小儿遗尿的临床效果。方法:60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予丙咪嗪加阿托品治疗,实验组给予予遗尿汤加猪膀胱治疗。结果:两组痊愈率和总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但实验组治疗时间和副反应率显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:遗尿汤加猪膀胱治疗小儿遗尿,效果显著,而且治疗时间短,副反应率低,值得临床考虑。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Yiniao decoction plus bladder of pig used for infantile enuresis. Methods： 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Control group was given therapy of imipramine and atropine, and experimental group was given therapy of Yiniao decoction plus bladder of pig. Results： The cured rate and total effective rate in two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, but the therapy time and side-reaction rate in experimental group was significantly less than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Yiniao decoction combined with bladder of pig used for infantile enuresis, had a good effect, short therapy time and low side-reactions, so it deserves considering in clinical work.
