Objective： According to the principle of proximity, we gave first aid treaments to stroke patients in pure TCM. Methods： Combining acupuncture and TCM. Results： The patients transferencecure and miraculous recovery. Conclusion： Acupuncture as TCM characteristics that treat the stroke on clinical especially disasters has a unique advantage. Therefore, TCM act on first aid effect in some ways and the primary need medical specialists in grassroots.
