浅析如何搞好节约集约用地工作

节约集约用地是贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求,是有效解决土地供求矛盾的现实需要,是建设资源节约型,环境友好型社会的重要内容。随着社会经济的发展,保护资源和保障发展的矛盾将日益突出,进一步做好节约集约用地工作已刻不容缓。国土资源管理部门要当好政府的参谋,积极研究并采取措施加强土地利用管理,促进节约集约用地,保障经济社会发展。本文通过对目前土地利用状况的现状及其存在的问题进行分析,讨论如何搞好节约集约用地管理,进而对节约集约用地的前景进行了简要的分析。

With the increase of economy,the contradiction between the limited land resources and the rapid development is outstanding and so the efforts should be intensified immediately to use land more economically and intensively.The land and resources management should be the good helper of the government and it can promote economic and intensive use of land and ensure social economy development.In this article,the prospect of economical and intensive utilization of land was analyzed by discussing the land utilization situation and problems and how to manage economical and intensive utilization of land.
