对职业院校信息技术类教师专业化发展的思考

本文从三个角度分析了职业院校信息技术类教师专业化成长的现状,指出了关注职业院校信息技术类教师专业化发展的意义所在。然后从培育教师专业化思想、教师德育教育能力、专业知识和实践技术水平、科研能力、教学方法等五个方面阐述了促进职业院校信息技术类教师专业化发展的策略。

This essay analyzed the current situation of the growth of profession of the vocational school teachers majored in information technology from three points of view.Then it detailed the strategies to accelerate the profession development of vocational school teachers with five aspects as follows：cultivating the teachers＇ideas of profession development,the ability of moral education,the professional knowledge and practical ability,the ability of scientific research and teaching strategies.
