摘要
本文考察了添加四种不同价态的金属离子(Li+ 、Mg2+ 、La3+ 和Th4+ )对Ni/ZrO2 催化氧化甲烷制合成气的影响。着重考察了活性随时间的变化关系及反应温度对催化活性的影响;还就微波场中四种催化剂的升温行为及Li- Ni/ZrO2 催化剂的反应活性进行了初步探索。结果表明:添加的金属离子对催化活性均有一定的影响,但添加Th4+ 后Ni/ZrO2 的活性最佳;微波活化方式下Li- Ni/ZrO2 催化剂的催化活性比常规活化方式下高得多。
The effect of four metallic ions(Li +,Mg 2+ ,La 3+ and Th 4+ ) on partial oxidation of methane to syngas over Ni/ZrO 2 catalyst has been studied. An attention is focused on the influences of the reaction time and temperature on the activity. The temperature rising behavior of four catalysts and the reactivity of Li-Ni/ZrO 2 under microwave irradiation are also investigated. The results show that the Ni/ZrO 2 containing Th 4+ is good for CH 4 partial oxidation to syngas. Compared with a conventional heating mode, the activity of Li-Ni/ZrO 2 is much higher with microwave irradiation.
