资源型城市-临汾市生态功能区划研究

The ecological function regionalization for resourceful city of Linfen

生态功能区划是依据区域生态系统类型、生态系统受胁迫过程与效应、生态环境敏感性、生态服务功能重要性等特征的空间分异性而进行的地理空间分区,其目的是明确区域或国家生态安全重要地区,分析区域可能的生态环境问题与生态环境脆弱区,为产业布局、生态环境保护与建设规划提供科学依据。资源型城市的资源型产业占较大比重,生态环境问题较其他城市更严峻,为了整合资源型城市发展与环境的关系,迫切需要进行生态功能区划研究。文中以山西省临汾市为研究对象,建立了临汾市生态敏感性和生态服务功能重要性评价模型,在ArcG IS软件平台下构建了评价因子数据库,并借助其空间叠置分析功能进行了定量评价,在此基础上结合对区域生态环境特征、生态系统类型与过程等要素的定性分析,形成了临汾市生态功能区划方案,将临汾市分为9个生态功能区和14个生态功能亚区,并因地制宜地提出了各分区相应的保护与开发建设对策。

Eco-logical function regionalization is a kind of geographic spatial division,which is based on the distribution of eco-system stress and effect,ecological sensitivity and ecological servi-ce importance.The target of ecological function regionalization is to distinguish the regional ecolo-gical problems and ecological fragile areas,determine the prior protection ecosystems and regio-ns,and to supply scientific basis for regional ecological protection,region-based ecosystem manag-ement and sustainable development.The environmental problem of a resourceful city is more seri-ous than other cities,for conforming the relationship between development and environment,resourceful cities need ecological function regionalization study urgently.Linfen city is an important energy source base for Shanxi Province and China,so we took Linfen city as a case,and carried out regional ecosystem sensitivity and service importance assessment according to the estab-lished guidelines.The primary eco-environmental problems and their driving forces of study target were also extracted.With the help of GIS,the spatial distribution of ecosystem sensitivity and serv-ice importance were characterized.Based on the above assessment and ecological function regio-nalization of Shanxi province,9 eco-functional zones and 14 sub-ecofunctional zones were subd-ivided.Correspondingly,ecological protection and construction,the encouraging and restricting pr-ofiles of regional development were discussed.
