摘要
应用丙酸与正丁醇的酯化反应研究了磷酸铝分子筛合成及催化剂制备方法对催化活性的影响.用三乙胺和乙二胺作模板剂或当乙二胺/Al2O3 之摩尔比为0 .75 时所合成的磷酸铝分子筛具有很高的酯化活性.磷酸铝分子筛上负载不同的离子或元素导致其催化活性的差异,Zn2 + 离子的引入能改善催化活性.催化剂活化温度的不同也导致活性的差异,在550 ℃下活化2 h的磷酸铝分子筛具有最好的催化活性,给出的丙酸丁酯产率达81 .2 % .
The effects of the methods of synthesizing aluminophosphate molecular sieves and preparing the molecular sieve catalysts on catalytic activity have been studied using the esterification of propionic acid with n butanol as a model reaction. The aluminophosphate molecular sieves synthesized using triethylamine and ethylenediamine as templating agents or in the presence of 0.75?mol ethylenediamine per mol of Al 2O 3 show higher catalytic activities for the esterification reaction. Supporting various ions or elements on the aluminophosphate molecular sieves results in different activities of the catalysts prepared, and introduction of Zn 2+ ion can improve the activity of the corresponding catalyst to a certain extent. In addition, the activitation temperature of the catalyst affects its catalytic activity, and the aluminophosphate molecular sieve calcined at 550?℃ for 2 h demonstrates higher catalytic activity for the esterification of propionic acid with n butanol than those calcined at other temperatures, giving butyl propionate in a yield of 81.2%.
