摘要
以松节油中分出的β蒎烯为原料,经过氧乙酸环氧化和固体酸催化重排合成了水芹醛.考察了催化剂、溶剂、反应时间等对反应的影响.优化条件下β蒎烯可完全转化,其环氧化的选择性达82 % .在二氯甲烷中以无水氯化锌催化重排成水芹醛的选择性高达到92 % .动力学研究揭示β蒎烯环氧化物与L酸中心形成配合物的分子内重排反应为速率控制步骤,在二氯甲烷回流下的反应速率常数为0 .025 mol·L- 1·min- 1 .
Phellandral was synthesized from β pinene by epoxidation and solid acid catalyzed rearrangement.The effects of catalysts,solvents,reaction time etc.on the reaction were studied.At optimum condition,β pinene can be completely converted and the selectivity of epoxidation was 82%.In methane dichloride,the selectivity of phellandral was 92% from rearramgement of the epoxides catalyzed by zinc chloride.Based on kinetics investigation,it was proposed that the rate determining step was the intramolecular rearrangement of the complex of L acid center with β pinene epoxide.
