摘要
对湖南几种地方梨的花粉进行了扫描电镜观察,发现大部分花粉粒为长球形,其大小为:极轴P×赤道轴E= (37-5 ~50-0) μm ×(20-8 - 25-0) μm( 以每种花粉粒极轴和赤道轴的最大值计) ,极轴值与赤道轴值之比P/E为(1-16 ~2-25) .花粉粒的赤道面观多为椭圆形;萌发孔均为3 拟孔沟;花粉粒表面纹饰为条纹状和穿孔状纹饰,不同花粉条纹粗细不同,条纹间距均有差异;穿孔大小、穿孔数量也不相同.
Several local pear pollens from Baojin in Hunan province were examined with scanning electron microscope (SEM).Similarities were seen in pollen shapes of these subjects,however,significant differences in their fine structures could be found.The shape of these pollen grains is all prolate spheroid.The polar axle(P)and equatorial axle(E) is 37 5~50?μm and 20 8~25 0?μm in length respectively,P/E=1 16~2 25 The shape of the pollen of the most subjects is subcircular.There are 3 colporate,striped ornamentation and perforation on the surface of these pollen grains.Significant difference in the width of striped ornamentation,in the space between two strips,in the size and number of the perforations had been observed as well.
