Fighting for Legitimate Rights and Interests of International Trade Should Be a National Strategy for China

当今世界的国际贸易长期发展趋势没有发生根本变化,但全球化的商流、物流、信息流、资本流、特别是由于人力资本作用形成的要素集成或重组,使国际贸易的形态发生了重大变化。因此,中国必须以新的视角研究和确立国际贸易规律规则,重新建立国际贸易理论和贸易评价体系,以公平评价全球化条件下各贸易国的贡献与获取。基于此,我国应把争取国际贸易中的正当权益上升为国家战略,保住我国已获得的、来之不易的国际市场份额,巩固贸易大国地位,最大限度用足用好已建立的贸易和投资比较优势。

The long - term trend of international trade has not fundamentally changed, however, with the global business, logistics and information flow especially integration or reorganization of elements formed by human capital, the international trade form has taken a great change. Therefore, China must study and establish the laws and rules of international trade with a new perspective, set up intemational trade theory and evaluation system so as to access the contribution of world country fairly. Based on this, in order to keep market share that has already obtained with hard - earned, consolidate China＇ s trade power and make the best use of comparative advantage of trade and investment, fighting for legitimate fights and interests of international trade should be upgraded to a national strategy for China.
