摘要
采用理论分析与软件仿真相结合的方法,提取了电磁继电器多层线圈寄生电容、电感和电阻等参数,建立了电磁系统等效电路模型。以某型号电磁继电器为例,在0~200 MHz干扰频率范围内对其电磁系统进行建模,计算结果与试验结果符合度较好,误差在15%以内,验证了该模型的正确性及寄生参数提取方法的有效性,提出的线圈寄生电容提取方法对任意层数的线圈均适用。
The theoretical analysis and simulation methods were used to extract the stray parameters of electromagnetic relay's electromagnetic system,and the equivalent circuit model was founded.In the frequence range of interference 0~200 MHz,calculation results were compared with measurement results,and the error was in fifteen percent,which indicated that the model was right and the method was effective.The conclusion was of great value for research on how electromagnetic relay was effected by electromagnetic interference(EMI).The method of extracting coil's stray capacitance was applicable for coils that had random level number.
