摘要
Super生涯发展理论是一个纵向研究的理论体系,强调了兴趣、能力、价值观等个体差异对生涯发展的重要影响。基于Super生涯发展理论的核心观点,提出了个性化不仅是创新型人才发展的重要特征,也是高校创新型人才培养的新要求。结合创新型人才培养的目标和任务,探讨了当前高校创新型人才个性化培养的价值取向和实践模式,提出了创新型人才个性化培养的分阶段实施模式、多层次协同教学模式、自主学习模式和生涯发展辅导模式。
Super's career development theory is a theoretical system based on longitudinal studies.It emphasizes the influences of individual differences like interests,abilities,and values on career development.As highlighted in the theory,personality is not only an important feature of innovative talents' development,but a new requirement for innovative talents' cultivation.By integrating the goal and the task of innovative talents' cultivation,this paper probes into the value orientation of innovative talents' personality cultivation as well as practice models,and proposes several patterns for innovative talents' personality cultivation including phasing pattern,multi-level collaborative teaching pattern,autonomous learning pattern and career development counseling pattern.
