摘要
用空气处理的ZSM-5型分子筛作为载体,以硝酸铜为活性组分,制备一种FCC汽油吸附脱硫催化剂。改变反应器温度、空气处理温度以及空气流速制备一系列载体,在载体上负载不同质量分数的硝酸铜溶液,得到催化剂。利用制备的催化剂在微型反应装置中进行FCC汽油脱硫实验,考察温度、空速对催化剂吸附脱硫活性的影响。结果表明:对ZSM-5型分子筛的处理温度为600℃处理时间为7 h,活性组分的质量分数为10.0%,吸脱附床层温度为30℃,常压,空速为0.3 h-1时,催化剂具有较好的催化活性,吸附脱硫率78.1%。
Using ZSM-5 treated by air method as the carrier and zinc nitrate as the active component,a desulfurization adsorption catalyst for FCC gasoline was prepared.A series of ZSM-5 carriers were prepared through changing reactor temperature,steam temperature and air velocity,then zinc nitrate with different concentrations was loaded on the carriers to gain a series of catalysts.These catalysts were used in the desulfurization adsorption experiment for FCC gasoline in the micro-reactor.Effect of reaction temperature,space velocity on adsorption desulfurization activity of the catalyst was investigated.The results show that: the best mass fraction of active component is 10.0%,the best treatment temperature of Y-type zeolite is 600 ℃,treatment time is 7 h,adsorption bed temperature is 33 ℃,pressure is atmospheric pressure and space velocity is 0.5 h-1,the catalyst prepared under above conditions has good catalytic activity,adsorption desulfurization rate can reach 78.1%.
