摘要 介绍了一种短波段二合一异频功率合成器,采用传输线变压器理论,将两路不同频率的短波信号合成为一路,通过一根天线输出,达到节省短波天线数量、减小天线场占地的目的。确定了用同频功率合成原理实现异频功率合成的电路结构,由降阻抗变换及升阻抗功率合成两级电路完成,通过对隔离度、插入损耗、电压驻波比及功率容量指标的分析,结合铁氧体磁心的频率特性,确定了各级电路的参数。通过理论计算和计算机软件仿真,确定了强迫空气冷却散热方式,讨论了散热器与外置风机的选择方法。产品外形尺寸:290mm×194mm×360mm,产品实测性能:在1.6~30MHz范围内,输入端口间隔离度:≥30dB,插入损耗:≤0.3dB,电压驻波比:≤1.25,幅度不平衡度:≤0.3dB,最大输入功率:2×1kW(连续波平均功率)。 This paper introduces a type of 2-way combiner of different frequencies based on the theory of transmission line transformer. The combiner makes two input signals of different power and frequencies into one output signal, which can be sent by single shortwave antenna to reduce the quantity and the area of antenna site. We accomplish the method of power combiner of different frequencies based on the theory of the same frequency. It includes two parts: the impedance transtormation and the power combination. The circuit parameter is determined by the requirement of isolation degree, insertion loss, VSWR and the power capcity of the magnetic core. In this paper, we establish the thermal design method of forced air cooling, discuss the design method of the radiator and the air fan by theoretical calculation and computer simulation. The combiner with the dimension of 290mm×194mm×360mm was designed, featuring isolation:≥30dB, insert loss: ≤0.3dB, VSWR: ≤1.25, properties stability: ≤0.3dB, power capacity: 2×1000W(average) in frequency range of 1.6 to 30MHz.
