摘要
NiZn铁氧体是一种十分重要的磁性功能材料,在电子信息产业中有着广泛应用,而添加剂是改善NiZn铁氧体材料性能的重要措施。归纳了不同添加剂在NiZn铁氧体材料中的作用,同时分析了一些典型的添加剂WO3、MoO3、Bi2O3、V2O5、SnO2、SiO2、MnO2、CoO和Al2O3对NiZn铁氧体材料性能的影响及其作用机理。
NiZn ferrites is a kind of very important magnetic functional materials which are widely used in modem electronic and information industry, and various additives are widely used to modify and enhance their properties. Various additives used in NiZn ferrite including WO3, MOO3, Bi2O3, V205, SnO2, SiO2, MnO2, CoO and Al2O3 and their effect and mechanism in modifying the properties of NiZn ferrites were summarized in this paper.
