裂叶沙参气孔特征计算机视觉识别系统的研究

System of Distinguish of Adenophora lobophylla Stomata Characteristics by Computer Vision

以裂叶沙参气孔特征参数测定为例，着重介绍计算机视觉识别系统的硬件功能组成和应用软件开发。系统对气孔的长短轴直径、气孔面积及气孔密度等多项参量可进行自动测定、计算与统计，同时通过Access数据库自动记录各测试结果。该系统已经成功投入使用，并获得了满意的效果。

With stomatal characteristics of A. lobophylla being measured, the hardwarecompose and software develop of computer vision distinguish system were intreduced in thispaper. Some correlation parameters of stomata such as stornatal length. stomatal open, stomatal area and stomatal density has been automatic measured and counted up, meanwhile testresult were recorded by data base of Access. The system has been used and has achieveedsuccess.
