Analysis of Aromatic Compounds by Electrokinetic Packing Capillary Chromatographic Columns

本文应用电填充毛细管分析了芳香化合物，通过计算理论塔板数及其高度，评价了柱效；观察保留时间和理论塔极高度的变化，考察了往的稳定性和重现性。实验证明：电填充毛细管柱具有良好的应用性能。

In this paper. aromatic compounds were analysed by electrokinetic packingcapillary chromatographic columns. The column efficiency was appraised by calculatingnumber of theorerical plate and plate height. The column stability was examined by retentiontime and number of theoretical plate. The experiment proved that electrokinetic packingcolurnns have good use proPerties.
