摘要
采用相检验、化学分析、断口观察、X射线分析等手段对含锰钢坯的表面裂纹进行了综合分析,结果表明,钢坯的表面裂纹是由于钢锭终轧温度过低,形成低温轧制造成的。
Using phase inspection, chemical analysis, fracture observation, X -ray analysis means to check containing manganese billet surface cracks were comprehensive analysis, and the results show that: the surface crack is due to billet low finishing temperature ingot, forming a low temperature rolling creates.
