高校节能型水电管理问题的症结及措施

节能是我国经济和社会发展的一项长远战略方针,节能型高校的建设也是政府运用科学发展观,建立和谐社会的一个长远规划。它需要从整体上建立高等学校校园运行节能监管体系。除了政府预算投入、学校领导高度重视、以及加大对师生的宣传教育力度外,还需要在高校形成低碳节能的文化氛围,才能做到制度落实,切实有效地节水节电,保证高校教学的可持续发展。

Energy conservation is a long-term strategic approach for our country＇s economic and social development,and the construction of energy-efficient colleges is also a long-term planning of the government to build a harmonious society under the scientific concept of development.For this purpose,the establishment of the energy saving and regulatory system of the whole campus is required.With more budget by the government,great attention by school leaders,and increasing publicity and education efforts of teachers and students,the cultural atmosphere of low-carbon energy-saving must be formed in universities so as to ensure a systematic guarantee of effectively saving water and electricity and bring about sustainable development of higher education.
