表面活性剂对Ni-P-高岭土复合镀层耐蚀性能的影响

摘要 以低碳钢为基体,通过在化学镀液体系中加入高岭土粒子获得Ni-P-高岭土复合镀层,研究了表面活性剂种类及用量对复合镀层性能的影响。实验过程中采用金相显微镜和极化曲线分别对复合镀层的表面形貌和耐蚀性能进行测试。结果表明:当采用聚乙二醇和十二烷基苯磺酸钠时,复合镀层的耐蚀性能较好,而采用三乙醇胺和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵时,镀层的耐蚀性能下降;当聚乙二醇的质量浓度量为0.06 g/L时,复合镀层的耐蚀性能最好。 The Ni-P-kaolin composite coatings were obtained by adding kaolin particles to electroless plating solutions on low carbon matrix.The effects of kinds and dosage of surfactants on composite coatings were studied.The morphology and corrosion resistance of the coatings were examined by metallographic microscope and polarization curves respectively.The results show that with addition of polyethylene glycol or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,the corrosion resistance of the composite coatings is better,while with addition of triethanolamine and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide,the corrosion resistance of the coatings becomes worse.When the mass concentration of polyethylene glycol is 0.06 g/L,the corrosion resistance of the coatings is the best.
