The female images in the Tibetan writer A Lai's novel "The Dust Settled" are deeply marked with "male" views. This paper analyzed the male discourse in this novel from three aspects from the loss of subjectivity and the supporting roles, the desire-oriented narrative and the "harassment" context, and the encoded "female body" and the male political discourse. And it is the addiction to such a male discourse that leads to the defilade of true faces of the "Tibetan daughters".
