摘要
自制低温电阻测量系统,用该系统成功地测量了样品电阻率随温度变化的特性.实验中设计了一个包括制冷、测温、控温、测电阻车在内的冷头,准确地用四端引线法测量了样品的电阻率;对所列样品的峰值温度以上的部分用载流子的可变程跃迁和热激活两种模式拟合处理,结果表明,载流子的迁移遵从可变程跃迁导电模式而不是热激活形式.
This Paper presents a measuring system of low - temperature dependence of electrical resistivity. A He compnssor and expansor are used to cool the measuring sample. TWo Diodes are used to monitor temperature of cooing head and sample respectively. The sample could be cooled to 10k at ideal condition. This system has for used successfully to measure teInperature dependence of electrical resistivity of In - Ca - Sr - Mn - O coled magnetoresistance matdrials .
