摘要
香烟的主要成分是烟碱．针对烟碱对生殖细胞染色体的影响进行了讨论．试验用香烟烟雾溶于水按不同剂量（0．5ml/20g体重、0．2ml/20g体重）给小白鼠皮下注射，每天一次，在第10天、第20天、第30天取样观察精细胞染色体数目．在精细胞减数分裂中期发现了非整倍体，而且非整倍体率与时间和剂量有关．在注射剂量为0．5ml/20g体重、注射30天烟雾溶液的小白鼠中非整倍体率较高．
The main ingredient of the cigarette is nicotine. This article is about the impact of the nicotine on the chromosomes of repeduction cell. The test is about giving the mouse a hendc injection with the differmt dose of the mixed liquid(0. 5ml/ weight 0. 2ml/20g weight) which is made of the smoke of the cipette and water every day, collechng the SaInle of the sPerm cell t0 observe the number of the sperm cell ehra at intervals of ten days, twenty days and thirty days. In the middle Period of the sperm cell meiotie , the aneuploidy is founded. The rate of the aneuploidy relates to the time and dose. The rate of the aneuploidy of the mouse which has been given the injection with the mixed liquid(O. 5ml/20g weight) for thilty days is very high.
