用单片机STD总线控制系统实现枕式包装机的信号检测与总机控制

REALIZATION OF SIGNAL MONITOR AND CONTROL OF PILLOW-STYLE PACKAGING MACHINERY WITH SINGLE-CHIP MICROPROCESSOR STD-BUS SYSTEM

采用8031单片机的STD总线结构，实现了枕式包装机运行过程中各量的自动检测及液晶（LCD）多屏动态显示，准确的上、纵、下三路温度控制及精确的袋长定位等多种控制功能。

In this project, an auto-control system used on pillow-style packaging machinery isdesigned. Adopting the advanced 8031STD-bus stfucture, the main system consists of CPUboard, 32-roare photo-isolated in/out board, tempefature selecting board and SED1330controller interfaced LCDDMF651 display Block. All the signal detecting and controllingfunctions of a pillow-style packaging machinery are implemented, such as LCD multi-screendynamic display bidirectional length-tracing and accurate temperature controlling.
