热歧化反应法在Al_2O_3陶瓷表面沉积钛的动力学研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用融盐热歧化反应进行了氧化铝陶瓷材料表面沉积钛金属的动力学研究.结果表明,氧化铝陶瓷表面钛膜的厚度随着反应温度和反应时间的增加而增加,膜的厚度与反应时间成很好的线性关系,沉积速率与融盐中K2TiF6的起始浓度成线性关系,沉积过程是受融盐与氧化铝陶瓷基体之间的界面反应控制.其沉积过程的活化能为137.6KJ/mol. The kinetics of titanium deposition on Al 2O 3 ceramic surface by heat disproportionation reaction has been studied.It is found that the thickness of the coatings increased with temperature and time,and there was a good linear relation between the layer thickness and the time.The deposition rate increased linearly with the initial concentration of potassium fluorotitanate(K 2TiF 6%)。in salt.It is estimated that the deposition process is controlled by interface reaction between molten salt and Al 2O 3 substrate.In the present experiments,the activation energy in process of titanium deposition on Al 2O 3 ceramics is 137.6KJ/mol.
