高原护唇膏对小鼠抗炎抑菌作用的研究

Study on the Anti-Inflammatory and Bacteria Inhibition Effects of Lipcare Stick

目的研究高原护唇膏抗炎抑菌的药理作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法研究高原护唇膏的抗炎作用,以稀释法研究小鼠损伤皮肤的抑菌作用。结果高原护唇膏能显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠的耳肿胀程度,并具有良好的促进局部感染创口的愈合作用。结论高原护唇膏具有抗炎和促进局部感染创口愈合的作用。

Objective To study the effects of lipcare stick in bacteria inhibitin g and anti-inflammation.Methods The mice＇s auicular swelling test was used to s tudy the anti-inflammatory effect;diluting method was used to carry out labora tory observation on its bacteriostatic effect.Results Lipcare stick could depres s swelling of the mice inauricular swelling test and have a fair antibacterial a ctivity on Staphylococcus aureu.Conclusion Lipcare stick has anti-inflammatory effect and promoting the heal of local infection.
