复方绞股蓝胶囊质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Compound Jiaogulan Capsules

目的建立复方绞股蓝胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对绞股蓝进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定野黄芩苷的含量。结果绞股蓝的薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照品溶液无干扰;野黄芩苷对照品溶液质量浓度在0.007～0.1800 g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.99994(n=6),平均回收率为99.01%,RSD=1.81%(n=6)。结论所用方法分离度好,快速、简便,可作为复方绞股蓝的质量控制方法。

Objective To estabilish the quality standard for Compound Jiaogulan Capsules.Methods Fiveleaf Gynostemma Herb in Compound Jiaogulan Capsules was id entified by TLC;the content of scutellarin was determined by HPLC.Results The de veloped TLC spot was fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference;the scutellarin was in lined in the range of 0.007-0.180 0 g/L,its average recove ry rate was 99.01%and RSD was 1.81%（n=6）.Conclusion The method has good selec tivity,sensitity and reproducibility which can be used for the quality control of Compound Jiaogulan Capsules.
