155例乳腺外科Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用抗菌药物调查分析

Analysis on Use of Perioperative Antimicrobial Agents in 155 Cases of Type Ⅰ Incision Breast Operation

目的探讨干预前后医院乳腺手术Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用抗菌药物的合理性。方法随机选取干预前(2009年2月)和干预后(2010年5月)乳腺外科Ⅰ类切口手术出院病历,进行统计学分析和对照研究。结果干预前后抗菌药物使用率分别为100%和75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后围手术期抗菌药物预防使用合格率明显上升。结论医院干预措施有效、可行。

Objective To study the rationality of preventive antimicrobials use d uring perioperative period in type Ⅰincision breast operations.Methods The data of medication of two patient groups with type Ⅰincision breast operations in F ebruary,2009（pre-intervention） and May,2010（post-intervention） were collec ted and compared by using Excel 2007 and SPSS 17.0 softwares.Results The use rat e of antimicrobials before and after intervention were 100%and 75%respectively,showing statistical difference between them（P 0.05）.The eligible rate of prev entive antimicrobials use was significantly increased.Conclusion The interventio n measures are effective and feasible.
