Investigation on Disease Occurrence among Recruits in Different Regions

目的了解不同籍贯新兵在寒区的发病特点。方法查阅东北某摩托化步兵团(简称摩步团)2007-2009年度卫生队、师医院、体系医院的新兵患病登记,对发病情况进行调查。结果 2007、2008年度南方籍新兵的患病率高于北方籍新兵,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。新兵所患主要疾病依次是上呼吸道感染、训练伤、关节炎、鼻炎、胃炎、皮肤病、冻伤等。结论对南方新兵进行耐寒锻炼,提高机体适应能力,有利于提升其抗病能力。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of disease occurrence among recruits from different areas.Methods The investigation on the disease occurrence was made among 2,230 recruits who joined the motorized infantry regiment from 2007 to 2009,via the self-designed questionnaire as well as inspection of the disease records in the medical teams,the divisional hospital and the pertinent hospital.Results The annual morbidity in 2007 and 2008 was significantly higher in the recruits from the south than in those from the north（P0.05）.In descending sequence,the diseases consisted of common cold,training injury,arthritis,rhinitis,gastritis,dermatoses,and cold injury.Conclusion It is suggested that the recruits from the south need cold-resistant training to enhance their acclimatization and disease resistance effectively.
