大学生创新能力培养与提升的问卷调查分析——纳入党建研究招标课题的思考

Questionnaire Survey on Cultivating and Promoting College Students'Creativity——Under the Deliberation of University and College Party Construction Research

从创新教育体系建设、营造创新氛围、培养学生创新意识和能力、引导大学生参与创新活动实践的政策导向和措施、大学生创新能力培养与提升对高校教育教学改革提出的要求以及影响主体、大学生创新能力培养与提升的具体途径等层面,对高校教学、科研、管理等一线党组织、教师、管理人员及大学生等的调查问卷进行统计分析。针对调查分析结果,探讨如何发挥党组织在教书育人中的主导作用,激发教学、科研一线党员教师和大学生作为教学主体以使命感参与,把学生创新能力培养与提升融入教学研究与改革实践中,以拓展党建理论研究的新视野、推动高校学习型党组织建设、为完善高校人才培养理论提供创新思路。

The questionnaire designed from the following aspects including the magnificent meaning of taking ＂research and practice for promoting college students＇ creativity and practice ability＂ into Central South University party committee＇ s deliberation, the policy direction and measures on higher education system innovation, innovative atmosphere construction, the training of the students＇ innovation consciousness and the participation in innovation activities, higher education, the specific way to cultivating and promoting college students＇ creativity and so on. After investigating the university party organizations, teachers, managerial staff and college students, we explored how to make party organ- izations plays leading role in teaching and education, stimulate the mission of the party member teachers and students as teaching subject, infuse the students＇ creativity cultivation into the teaching research and reform practice. It is aimed at developing the new vision for the research on university and college party construction theory, promoting the construction of learning party organizations, providing innovative ideas for the higher education creativity cultivation and promotion.
