摘要
用动态力学方法研究发现尼龙1010/6 共聚物在测试温度范围内有三个松弛峰,分别为α、β、γ松弛峰。在温度谱中,1 # 、2 # 、6 # 样品的α松弛峰较宽,3 # 、4 # 、5 # 样品的α松弛峰较窄,各样品的β、γ松弛峰峰形较小,相差不大。其中2 # 样品的α松弛峰最高,动态模量最大;4 # 样品的α松弛峰最低,模量最小。
The dynamic mechanical property of 1010/6 copolyamides was studied by DDV test. It′s found that there are three relaxations between the temperature of liquid nitrogen and melting point: α、β、γ relaxation. Introduction of 6 or 1010 monomer into nylon 1010 or nylon 6 resultes in decreasing of [E] and E″. But the copolyamide with nylon 6 67.7 mol% attains minima of [E] and E″.
