摘要 农产品批发市场是我国农产品流通领域的传统渠道．国家已有较成熟的法律法规及相应的监督管理机制．处可控状态。作为农产品集散地．批发市场承担了近70％的农产品流通量．全国各地的农产品主要集中到批发市场后流向市场．因此．把好批发市场质量安全这个阀门是保障群众食用安全农产品的最有效途径之一。批发市场农产品质量安全管理应以相关法律法规为标准．建立并执行具备规范的规章制度、完善的档案记录、
