左半结肠癌一期切除单层吻合24例

Application of Single-layer Anastomosis In One-stage Carcinoma of Left Colon

目的探讨左半结肠癌一期切除单层吻合的应用体会。方法回顾分析治疗的24例梗阻性左半结肠癌患者一期切除单层吻合情况,分析手术适应证。结果本组22例患者顺利恢复,2例发生吻合口漏,经治疗后痊愈出院。结论左半结肠癌行一期切除单层吻合,避免二次手术给患者带来的痛苦,是安全可行的。

Objective To discuss the operational application value of single-layer anastomosis in carcinoma of left colon. Methods 24 cases with obstructive carcinoma of left colon in our hospital from june, 2006 to october, 2010 were reviewed , all the patients were given operation and single-layer anastomosis for tract reconstruction.We analyze the single-layer anastomosis application and its surgical indications. Results 24 cases in this group were healed, anastomotic fistula was happened in 2cases, after treated, they cured completed. Conclusion It can avoid the patient＇s pain of second surgey, it is safe to carry out resection of obstructive carcinoma of left colon and given single-layer anastomosis for tract reconstruction.
