再生纸与印染废水综合治理技术开发与应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以再生纸造纸废水和印染废水的混合后的水样,采用“混合调节、絮凝反应、斜管沉淀、生物接触氧化、二次沉淀、出水的流程处理工艺,并对传统曝气装置的曝气方式等进行了改进,应用效果表明:1 .两种废水混合后ph 呈中性,利于后序废水处理工艺;2 .再生纸造纸废水携带的余氯对印染废水脱色作用显著,同时消除了废水中余氯含量高达不到进行生化处理的不利因素,作到了以废治废的目的,提高了混合废水生化处理的程度;3 .混合废水经改进后的废水处理工艺处理后,其出水水质各项指标达到了已颁布的行业标准;4 .造纸废水与印染废水应用综合治理工艺,可节约基建投资30 % ,年可减少20 万元的设施运行费用,为乡镇企业污水的综合治理和可持续发展开辟了新的途径。 Regeneration paper and dyeing waste water conpsite waste water sample, taking 'mixing reguation, floeculation, incilined tubesetter, biologied contact oxidation process, secondary sedimentation basin, drain water' flow diagram treate. Aerating quomodo of conventional aerating settling had mend, application effect showed: 1.Two waste water composited pH showed neutral, in favor of postposition waste water treatment technique; 2.Residual chlorine of regeneration paper carring signeficance influence dyeing waste water decoloration, at one time great residual chlorine content of waste water not to ment biochemical treatment, achieved to control waste water in wasre, inproved composete waste water bichemical treatment; 3.Composite waste wqter was treated by improved waste water flow diagram, this drainning wqater quality meeted profession standard treatemt of regeneration paper and dyeing waste water, ceonomizing expendeiture on capital construction 30%, reduce to the operation cost 200 thousands yuan, for villages and towns enterprise and sustained development explored new sources of revenue.
