再生纸与印染废水综合治理技术开发与应用研究

以再生纸造纸废水和印染废水的混合后的水样，采用“混合调节、絮凝反应、斜管沉淀、生物接触氧化、二次沉淀、出水的流程处理工艺，并对传统曝气装置的曝气方式等进行了改进，应用效果表明：１ ．两种废水混合后ｐｈ 呈中性，利于后序废水处理工艺；２ ．再生纸造纸废水携带的余氯对印染废水脱色作用显著，同时消除了废水中余氯含量高达不到进行生化处理的不利因素，作到了以废治废的目的，提高了混合废水生化处理的程度；３ ．混合废水经改进后的废水处理工艺处理后，其出水水质各项指标达到了已颁布的行业标准；４ ．造纸废水与印染废水应用综合治理工艺，可节约基建投资３０ ％ ，年可减少２０ 万元的设施运行费用，为乡镇企业污水的综合治理和可持续发展开辟了新的途径。
