摘要
本文从阐述体育教师劳动的特点,论述了体育教师进行创新性劳动的必要性和可行性,提出了体育教师实施创新性劳动的基本要求。
By analyzing the labor characteristics of physical education teachers, this paper endeavors to expound the necessity and feasibility of innovative labor for physical education teachers and puts forward the basic require- ments to implement innovative labor.
