摘要
本文以健美操课程为例,运用文献资料法、数据统计法、对比实验法等深刻剖析了体育课传统教学方式方法的弊端,通过在青岛农业大学健美操普修课中的实验研究,结果发现"分层次互动"教学方法,能够有效的改变学生自卑心理和提高学生体育锻炼的自信心,阐述了"分层次"教学对健美操选课生自信心的积极影响,旨在为我国高校体育新教学模式下教学手段的改革起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Taking the aerobics class as example, using the method of literature review, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper analyzed the drawback deeply of the traditional physical education teaching method, by using the experimental studies of the aerobics class in Qingdao Agricultural University, concluded that the hierarchical interactive teaching can effectively change the student ~s feelings of inferiority and improve the physical exercise confidence, elaborate the hierarchical interactive teaching have a positive impact on aerobics classes confidence in order to play the initially role in teaching reform of college physical education in China.
