扣球是排球运动中关键的技术之一,而空中击球更是扣球的重要环节,在教学中常有不少初学者由于击球点不高,影响整个扣球的效果和学习的兴趣,为不断改进和提高教学质量,在众多研究成果评说的基础之上,对扣球技术空中击球击球点环节进行深入的理论分析,并对击球点与过网点关系进行探讨。

Volleyball spike is one of the key technique, while the air smash hit is an important part. In volleyball teaching, due to hit the ball is not high, spiking effect and entire teaching effect is influenced. In order to contin- uously improve and enhance the quality of teaching and research, this paper makes deeply analysis on spike aerial shots and sweet spot based on many comments and explores the relationship between networks.
