摘要 对核心力量的起源,核心、核心力量及核心力量训练的概念,核心力量训练的意义与作用、方法和手段,核心力量的测量与评价方法在运动专项训练中的应用,核心力量与传统力量的关系等进行了综述,得出核心力量训练是针对人体核心区域的所有肌群以稳定人体重心、控制身体平衡、传递运动时所需力量为主要目的而进行的比较全面、系统和科学训练的力量训练。怎样把核心力量训练与传统力量训练及专项力量训练进行科学的融合,把专项训练的方法手段更加具体化、系统化和科学化,建立一整套系统和完善的核心力量训练方法,区分好与各专项训练之间的关系,找出适合核心力量测量与评价的方法,有待于今后从理论和实践中进行深入的研究。 The origin of core strength, core, core strength and core strength training concepts, methods and means, the core strength of measurement and evaluations methods, special training in sports application, the core strength of the relationship between the traditional forces were reviewed to arrive for core strength training is the core region of the human body of all muscle groups in order to stabilize the core parts of the body to control the fo- cus of movement, to pass on the lower extremity strength as the main purposes of the a more comprehensive, sys- tematic and scientific training, strength training, how to core strength training and traditional strength training , strength training and special organic integration of the specific training methods and means for more specific, sys- tematic and scientific, the establishment of a set, and improve core strength training methods to be coming from the theory and practice further study.
