摘要
从高产对虾塘底泥中分离到一株细胞产量较高的荚膜红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonascapsulata)茵株J325,光照厌氧培养生长,实验表明:J325菌株生长的最适温度为27.5—30℃,最适pH值为6.5—7.5,最适浓度为2.5%~5.0%.光照强度为2000—5000lx,培养基中添加0.25%-0.35%酵母提取物能明显地促进细胞生长.
A high pnduchvity strain was isolated from foe mud of shrimp ponds, and was identified asRhodopseudomonas capsulata. The anaerobical incubahon testS shows that the optimum growth temperature of strainJ325 is 27.5-30 ℃, the optimum pH is 6.5-7.5, and the optimum density of NaCl is 2.5%~5.0%. When the lightintensity ranges 2 000 to 5 000 lx or the medium is added with 0.25%ro.35% yeast extract the growth of the cellscan be promoted.
