摘要
研究发现在醋酸介质中,超痕量的镍( Ⅱ) 能催化过氧化氢和溴酸钾氧化二甲苯兰FF 褪色。通过研究该反应的最佳条件和动力学参数,建立了测定超痕量镍( Ⅱ) 的新方法。该方法检测限为2 .33 ×10 - 7 g 镍( Ⅱ)/L,测定范围为0 ~4 .8 μg 镍( Ⅱ)/L,用于测定环境中镍( Ⅱ) ,获得满意结果。
It has been observed that Ni(Ⅱ) can sensitively catalyze the reaction of H 2O 2 and KBrO 3 oxidating discoloration of the Xylene cyanol FF in ethanoic acid solution.The kinetics mechanism of the reaction was investigated in detail and a new method for the determination of trace Ni(Ⅱ) was proposed.The detection limit is 2.3×10 -7 g/L and the linear range is 0.0-0,80 μg/L of Ni(Ⅱ).It has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace Ni(Ⅱ) in the waste water.
