顺应地方产业调整培养个性化创新型环境类工程人才

Going with Structural Adjustment of Local Industry and Cultivating Individual and Innovative Talents of Environmental Engineering

产业结构调整对地方经济的发展起着积极的推动作用,同时对本科专业发展产生深远的影响,笔者从人才培养的视角对区域产业结构调整与专业改革的关系进行研究,提出主动顺应地方产业结构调整、强化企业与实践教学的关系、培养适应产业结构调整、为地方经济建设服务的个性化创新型工程人才是地方高校发展的出路。

Industrial structure adjustment can promote development of local economy actively, and simultaneously have a far-- reaching impact on development of undergraduate specialty. The relationship between adjustment of regional industrial structure and speciality reform mode were studied from a talents training point of view. An concept for the development of local university is put forward. The idea included complying with structural adjustment of local industry, strengthening relationship between company and practice teaching, and cultivating individual and innovative engineering talents which can adjust industrial structure adjustment and serve local economy construction.
