摘要
MnCl2·4H2 O与(NH4)2CO3 在控温、控酸度条件下制得MnCO3 后,用浓HNO3 溶解,再以氯酸钠氧化Mn2 + 沉积的化学MnO2( 简称CMD) ,对其进行MnO2 含量、视比重、肼指数、磁化率、放电性能以及红外与差热分析。结果表明,如此制得的CMD 电化活性较高,有望替代电解MnO2( 简称EMD) 作为干电池的阴极活性材料。
NaCIO 3 is produced when MnCl 2·4H 2O reacts with (NH 4) 2CO 3 under given conditions (by controlling reactions temperature and acidity and so on) and dissolved by the concentrated HNO 3,Mn 2+ is oxidized by NaClO 3 under a certain conditions.The MnO 2 sample (No.1) so obtained and the other two MnO 2 samples (No.2 and NO.3) are characterised with chemical analysis (such as MnO 2 contents,apparent density,hydrazine activity,magnetic susceptibility and discharge performance etc.),infrared studies and differential thermal analysis.The results obtained from the above studies show that the MnO 2 sample (No.1) giues promise as active cathode material in dry cells.
