摘要
研究了泰和乌骨鸡及其黑素对果蝇寿命及小鼠ＳＯＤ 活性的影响。结果表明：１） 泰和乌骨鸡及其黑素组果蝇的最高寿命略长；泰和乌骨鸡对果蝇的平均寿命没有明显影响，而其黑素能明显延长雌性果蝇的平均寿命（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。２） 泰和乌骨鸡及其黑素对老龄小鼠肝细胞及红细胞的ＳＯＤ 活性没有明显影响。
The effects of Chinese Taihe chicken and its melanin on age of fruit fly and activity of SOD(superoxide dismutase) in mouse were studied.The experimental results showed as follow.1) Chinese Taihe chicken and its melanin could prolong the maximal age of fruit flies slightly and Taihe chicken melanin could prolong the average age of female fruit flies significantly (P<0.01),but Chinese Taihe chicken had no obvious effect on the average age of fruit flies.2) Chinese Taihe chicken and its melanin could not increase the activity of SOD in liver cells and red blood cells of aged mouse.
